How to Recover Your Password and Access Your Account
Forgotten your password? No problem. You can easily and securely recover your Narvi account password by following these steps.
Step 1 - Click “Trouble Logging In?”On the login screen, instead of typing in your email to log in, click “Trouble logging in?”

Step 2 - Click “I forgot password”As it’s your password you can’t access, click “I forgot password”.

Step 3 - Complete 2FAYou’ll then be asked to complete some two-factor authentication steps before resetting your password.First, enter your email address.

You’ll then be sent an email verification code to your registered email, which you’ll be asked to type into the boxes provided.

Once you’ve entered the email verification code, you’ll be sent an SMS verification code to your registered phone number. Please key it into the boxes provided.

Step 4 - Enter a New PasswordOnce you’ve completed the above two-factor authentication, you can now change your password. You’ll be asked to key in your new chosen password twice making sure it’s:
- At least 8 characters
- Contains at least 1 number
- Contains upper and lower case letters
- Has a special character (e.g. !,?)

Step 5 - Success!You’ve now changed your password and can access your Narvi account.
