How to Open an Account on a Client's Behalf
As a consultant or Narvi's referral partner, you can complete the onboarding process on behalf of your client.

As a representative of the company, you must use your own personal details when completing the onboarding process. Please note that if you’d like to use the same email address to onboard multiple companies, you must have a business account with Narvi.Here's how it works:

Step 1 - Create a UserFirst, on your dashboard, please go to ‘Add entity’ and then click ‘Banking for business’. When creating a user account, please use your own details such as your name and surname.

)

Step 2 - Fill in the QuestionnaireWhen filling out the questionnaire, please provide the business information of your client. For this step, it’s the same process as ‘Step 2’ on our Onboarding Guide.Step 3 - Authority to RepresentIf your authority to represent the company is not already mentioned in the company documentation, please upload a document such as a power of attorney or another agreement. This can be done in section 5, ‘Other documents.’

)

Step 4 - ID VerificationProceed with ID verification using your own documents. Please also complete the face verification yourself and do not send the link to anyone else.Step 5 - Granting Access to the ClientOnce your application is reviewed and approved by our compliance team, you can grant full access to your client and remove yourself from the account. 5.1. To do this, go to your dashboard, then click on ‘Manage company.’

)

5.2. Then click on ‘Team members’.

)

5.3. You’ll then see a list of all people who have access to your Narvi account. To grant access to your client, click on ‘+ Invite.’

)

5.4. Fill in your client’s details and make them an ‘Admin’. They’ll be sent an invitation email — here's how they accept the invitation. If your client doesn’t have a Narvi account they’ll be asked to complete the verification process for themselves to start using the account. The new user has 72 hours to accept the invitation or else it expires. If it expires you can simply re-invite them.

)

5.5. Once your client has been added to the account and been made an ‘admin’, they can then choose to remove you from the account. To do this, they must go to ‘Team Members,’ find your name, click the downward arrow, and click ‘Remove Access.’
