How can I change my phone number?
You can change your phone number directly from your Narvi account. Please note that you’ll need access to your old phone number for this (if you don’t have access to this, please scroll down to the bottom of this article for more guidance).Step 1 - Go to SettingsTo get started, log in and go to your dashboard, then to “Settings.”Step 2 - Click “Change Number”Once in “Settings,” scroll down to “Security details” and click “Change number.”
Step 3 - Two-Factor AuthenticationOnce you’ve clicked on “Change number”, you’ll be asked to verify your identity. To do this, we’ll ask you to complete two two-factor authentication steps so you are sure your account is safe.
- The first step is to verify your email address: we’ll send a code to your email address, which you’ll be asked to key in.
- The second step is to verify your old phone number: we’ll send a code to your old phone number via SMS, which you’ll be asked to key in.
Step 4 - Verify Your New Phone NumberOnce we’ve verified your identity, we’ll ask you for your new phone number, which you should enter into the box below. We’ll then ask you to verify your new phone number through two-factor authentication. You’ll receive a code to your new phone number via SMS which you’ll be asked to key in.
Step 5 - Success!You’re all set! You’ll now see a notification at the top of your screen confirming you’ve successfully changed your phone number.
How can I change my email address?
Using a similar method, you can also change your email address from your Narvi account.
