Closing My Account

To close your account, please send an email to our support team at support@narvi.com. Make sure to email us using your registered email address and include the company name belonging to the account you wish to close. If you’ve feedback about your experience with Narvi, we’d love to hear it! Please include your thoughts and why you’re choosing to close your account in your email to us.Once we reply with a confirmation that your account is closed, you can then withdraw the remaining funds from your closed account.

Withdrawing the Remaining Funds

Once your account is closed, you’ll be able to withdraw the funds directly from your dashboard. Please note that you can only withdraw the funds into another account in your name.Step 1 - Go to “Send money”To make a transfer, log in to your Narvi account, then go to your dashboard and click “Send money.”

Step 2 - Create a New RecipientIf you haven’t already created a recipient for the account you wish to send money to, you can do so by clicking “New recipient.”

You’ll then be given the option to pick the currency and transfer type (Europe or International) and then be asked to type in the recipient's name (which should match the name on your closed Narvi account).

Finally, key in the IBAN of the account you wish to make the transfer to, click “Trust this recipient,” and “Confirm.” Your recipient details are now saved.

Step 3 - Insert Transfer DetailsOnce you’ve set up a recipient, you’ll then be taken to the “Transfer details” page. If you’ve already set up a recipient before closing your account, you can simply click on the pre-created recipient's name and you’ll be taken to the same page. As you can only withdraw all your money at once, once your account is closed, the full account balance will automatically be selected.To make the transfer, type in a reference, then click “Confirm”.

Step 4 - Two-Factor AuthenticationWe’ll now send a verification code to your registered phone number which you’ll be asked to key in. Once you’ve done this, click “Confirm”.

Step 5 - Success!You’ll see that your remaining balance has been transferred safely to your requested account. Please note that the transfer may take a few days to reach your account.

Should I withdraw funds before or after closing my account?You can withdraw funds before or after closing your account. However, if you’d like to withdraw an amount that’s less than the 3-month fee, you’ll need to close your account first.

Reopening an Account

Even after an account is closed, your user credentials will remain active so you can still login to your Narvi account. Therefore, if you wish to create a new account: go to your dashboard, click on your company profile on the top right, and then click “Add entity”.

Can I Open a New IBAN for Existing Narvi Business Account?

If you require a new IBAN for an existing company, this should be done manually by sending a request to contact@narvi.com.
