How to Manage Your Personal Details for Business and Personal Accounts

Here's how to change your name, address, and update ID in the Narvi account.

In this article, we’ll go through some changes you might want to make to your business or personal bank account and how to do so.Firstly, to manage your personal details, go to “your profile” in the drop-down menu on the right, as seen below:

Changing your address

From your profile, you can change your current address by uploading proof of address documents.

You will be asked to upload a document for proof of address, which could be: 
  • Recent bank statements or other documents
  • Utility bills
  • Other government-issued documents that show your residential address.
Please note that these instructions are for changing the address of a person managing a personal or business Narvi account. To change a company address, follow the instructions in our help center.

Changing your name or updating your ID

From your Narvi profile, you can also change your name and upload a new identity document:

You’ll be asked to first select the type of document you have.

Then go ahead and upload your ID document, such as your passport:
